About Me

My journey in to the field of hypnotherapy has been an interesting one.
I qualified as an Adult Nurse in 1997 and have worked across numerous specialities over the years giving me insight into the bio/psycho/social aspects of health and illness progression.
I predominantly worked within the field of Chronic Pain management and ran my own clinics as a clinical nurse specialist in Kent. During this time I was part of the team delivering pain Management programmes and saw the enormous benefits Hypnotherapy delivered to patients who had been struggling for years with their symptoms. I decided that this was the path for me and as soon as the opportunity presented itself I completed my training.
I believe that the years I have spent working and training in the NHS while delivering a high level of quality treatment has instilled an ethical and careful approach to my practice which I am extremely proud of. I believe in building a rapport with my clients that’s second to none and feel that it is only from this type of collaboration you will see real results.
